How We Earn Money

When you click certain links on io42.co.uk and complete a registration or deposit with a casino partner, we may receive a financial commission at no additional cost to you. This is our primary revenue source.

Editorial Independence

Our affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial rankings, reviews, or recommendations. We assess all casinos based on objective criteria including licensing, player safety, game selection, customer support, and user experience. Our reviews reflect our honest professional opinions regardless of commission potential.

Identifying Affiliate Links

Affiliate and sponsored links are clearly marked with labels such as "Affiliate Link," "Sponsored," "Ad," or "Partner." You can also identify affiliate links by hovering over them to view the destination URL, which will typically contain tracking parameters.

Legal Compliance

This disclosure complies with the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing (CAP Code) and UK Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008. We maintain transparency in all affiliate relationships as required by UK advertising law.

Your Responsibility

You are not obligated to use any affiliate links on our site. You may visit casinos directly. We encourage all readers to gamble responsibly and only with operators licensed in their jurisdiction. Please review each casino's terms and conditions before playing.
